Description:
Made from dried coffee cherries recuperated during processing. Great on its own, or syrups to add to cocktails or desserts. Use 5 grams for 220ml of boiling water and steep for 4 minutes. Stone fruit notes and a honeyed sweetness, making for a refreshing brew, hot or on ice.
