The Kalita Wave is a classic Japanese dripper. The Wave is a flat-bottomed brewer (as opposed to a cone dripper, like the Hario V60) with three small holes in the bottom. This design controls the flow rate, producing a more consistent brew with a sweeter, richer body. This is the perfect dripper for someone just starting with pour over brewing, looking for a more forgiving method. The 185 model brews enough coffee for up to two people.
