Tasting Notes: Melon, Cherry, Milk Chocolate

Description: This blend was something of a happy accident - a batch of full caffeine Colombian coffee was accidentally blended with a batch of our decaf. Instead of just wasting the coffee, we figured we might as well taste it. And wouldn’t you know it, these two coffees pair delightfully, and we stumbled upon our first half-caf. The Guatemala is a fruitier decaf, packing a nice cherry sweetness in the finish, and the Finca Morito is bright and zesty, offering up some melon and berry aromas. Together, these two coffees create a cup that is balanced and sweet, reminding us of milk chocolate and fresh fruit. Like a nice hammock nap, this coffee is the little boost you might need to get you through the afternoon.
