The little brewer with a cult following, the Aeropress was actually invented by the man behind the Aerobie Flying Disc! The Aeropress is basically a BPA-free plastic syringe, but with coffee and a filter on the end. You just put ground coffee into the chamber, add hot water, and then press down with the plunger! (We have a more detailed tutorial here). The brew is described as a cross between drip and espresso, and you can even choose to make a more concentrated brew to dilute with milk or hot water later.
